Jay’s gone to over 1,700 networking events throughout his career and maintains while it’s been painful he’s still sane. Throughout his career, Jay has directed the marketing and business strategy for companies, ranging from solo practitioners to large multinational corporations. Having played a lead role for over 35 years in business development, sales, and lead generation he has mastered the techniques of building long-lasting relationships required to grow businesses. He has his undergraduate degree from Cornell and an MBA from Wharton with several successful start-up ventures under his belt. COO and Founder
Taz lends to the team her expertise in building scalable solutions for businesses. She has a unique talent for understanding the pain points around customer delivery and experience. Having been the CEO of a medical weight loss company spanning NJ, NY, and PA she has a unique perspective on the challenges a small business owner faces to execute a viable business and customer acquisition. Additionally, as the former COO of a boutique marketing consulting firm, Taz routinely worked with business owners to solve complex problems in marketing and operations. Taz started her career in the corporate arena helping private companies go public and then transitioned into the small business and entrepreneurial world for the last 15 years. CMO and Founder
Jonathan is an experienced marketing executive, who has lead marketing teams as a CMO or VP for large public companies such as Amazon.com (Audible division), WeightWatchers (WeightWatchers.com) and high-profile venture capital-backed companies. Jonathan is an expert in customer acquisition and branding and his real-world experience in marketing provides a solid foundation for Centricity's program. Robert brings to his work a long and successful career as a Marketing Manager, Senior Account Executive, trainer and speaker, General Manager and small business owner. His experience spans the restaurant/hospitality industry, natural foods, wholesale distribution, retail, financial services (including mortgages and insurance), assisted living and senior services and product fundraising. Additionally he has been a Director Consultant for BNI Delaware Valley Regions, and served as a board member with Weavers Way Co-op and the Pennsylvania Association of Mortgage Brokers. In his spare time he speaks to groups about networking for business, customer service, successful fundraising and the importance of good credit. Robert is a graduate of Temple University and Central High School for Boys (229).

Barbara Taylor offers 20+ years of expertise in business coaching, talent management leadership development and performance management. Barbara has built a reputation for designing creative leadership development programs. She has designed and implemented effective talent management strategies for numerous Fortune 500 clients including Comcast, New York Life, GlaxoSmithKline, AstraZeneca, L3, Sara Lee, Goodwill and Kellogg Company. Currently, Barbara is a business partner of JanBara & Associates, a coaching and executive development firm specializing in accelerating the performance of people and organizations. She is also an adjunct faculty member of Ashridge, a British executive education entity, which provides global leadership development programs to clients.
